The Japanese Club offers digital educational products including but not limited to: online courses, group classes, coaching programs, masterclasses, downloadable guides, and community access — all related to learning the Japanese language and culture.
4. Registration & Account
To access certain products, you may be required to create an account and provide personal information (name, email address). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Kajabi's integrated payment system (Stripe/PayPal). Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
6. Access to Digital Products
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased product via email and/or the Kajabi platform. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or redistribute any course content.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by accessing the digital content before the end of this 14-day period, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal.

8. Refund Policy
If you have not accessed any course content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once course content has been accessed, no refund will be issued. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, documents, methods, and content provided through The Japanese Club are the exclusive property of Mochi Media SLU. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning purposes only.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content; share your login credentials with third parties; use the content for commercial purposes; engage in any behavior that disrupts the learning experience of other students.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Japanese Club provides educational content and does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Individual results depend on the effort, time, and dedication of each student. Mochi Media SLU shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
12. Modifications
Mochi Media SLU reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of your purchase. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.
For customers residing in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
